Andrew Diplock received their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Andrew then pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the same university, completing it in 1992. Prior to their university education, Andrew Diplock attended Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf from 1979 to 1987. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in April 1992. Additionally, they obtained the Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification, also from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), although the exact date of acquisition is unavailable.
