Anderson Derossi

Anderson Derossi has over 28 years of work experience in various industries, with a focus on the oil and gas market. Anderson started their career as an engineering trainee at Xerox, where they gained experience in engineering, customer services, software support, and marketing. After 8 years at Xerox, they transitioned to the oil and gas industry, working as a business development manager at Gaia Partners and then as a national sales manager at Roxtec Latin America. Anderson then joined Oilequip Produtos e Serviços as a new business manager, where they built the company's subsea equipment manufacturing capabilities. Following that, they became a managing partner at Smartfield Consulting & Services, advising foreign companies doing business in the Brazilian energy market. Anderson later joined M&O Partners as a partner, specializing in consulting and business management for the oil and gas market. Anderson then served as the managing director at Ulstein Belga Marine, a leading maritime telecommunication and navigation aids company. Most recently, they have been working at AES Union as the director of operations and business development. Currently, Anderson Derossi holds the position of director of operations LatAm at DroneBase, a leading aerial imaging company serving clients in various industries worldwide.

Anderson Derossi has a comprehensive education history. Anderson began their academic journey in 1990 at Universidade Veiga de Almeida, where they pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering. Anderson dedicated six years to this program, successfully completing it in 1996.

After obtaining their university degree, Derossi furthered their education by enrolling at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 2000. Here, they pursued post-graduation in Telecommunication Systems, completing the program in 2001.

In the following year, Derossi attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they undertook a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Their focus during this program was in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Their time at FGV spanned from 2001 to 2002, acquiring valuable skills and knowledge in this discipline.
