Daryl Watkins

Daryl Watkins is currently the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at DroneBase. Prior to that, they were with PrecisionHawk from July 2017 to August 2019, where they served as Vice President - Enterprise Drone Solutions. In this role, Daryl led enterprise and strategic sales efforts across the Renewable Energy line of business (where they increased sales by 142%) and Insurance line of business (where they increased sales by 211%). Areas of Daryl's expertise include the development, deployment and growth of aerial data management and analytic solutions for wind and solar assets, claims, underwriting, loss prevention, risk engineering and commercial infrastructure inspections.

Daryl has been integral to the development and growth of drone pilot network enterprise sales strategy that has led to increased revenues across multiple lines of business. Daryl has also been key in maintaining and growing partnerships that have led to an industry-leading, end to end commercial and residential aerial inspection platform. Furthermore, Daryl has secured high-value drone operationalization project with a $5B enterprise client that is helping them understand where drones fit (and don't), test technology at corporate and client sites for realistic views of process flow, costs, outputs, and develop actionable, operational plans for each of the BUs and a cohesive overall plan to manage and scale drone operations.

Daryl Watkins has a degree from Radford University and is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in FAA Remote Pilot Certification with sUAS rating (Part 107).
