Neil Gabriel

Neil Gabriel is an experienced aerial operations specialist with a strong background in unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and wind energy. Currently serving as the Lead UAS Pilot and Training Instructor at DroneBase since February 2020, Neil focuses on wind turbine blade inspections across the UK, utilizing DJI Matrice series drones. Additionally, as the Managing Director and Safety Manager at Aerial Aspect Imaging Ltd since March 2014, Neil oversees company operations while actively piloting for video and stills imaging. Previously, Neil held a full-time role as Training and Operations Manager, Senior Pilot, and Solutions Engineer at PrecisionHawk Unmanned Systems Innovation from December 2014 to September 2019, specializing in the EMEA region. Neil holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Loughborough University.
