Seth Beck

Seth Beck has a diverse work experience spanning several prestigious companies. Seth is currently serving as the Vice President of Product at DroneBase, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, Seth held the role of Vice President of Product Management at Wood Mackenzie from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for leading the vision and execution of the Lens product line. Seth also played a significant role in establishing a modern, data-driven product management organization.

Before joining Wood Mackenzie, Seth was associated with PowerAdvocate for a significant part of their career. Seth held the position of Vice President of Product Development from 2017 to 2021, during which they developed an industry-leading product organization that focused on delivering supply chain analytics software to leading energy companies. Prior to this, Seth served as the Senior Director of Products at PowerAdvocate from 2013 to 2017. During their tenure, they instilled an agile culture within the organization, promoting empowerment, empathy, and collaboration between product, data, and engineering teams.

Seth's work experience also includes serving as the Utility Sales Manager at Draker Laboratories from 2012 to 2013, where they showcased their sales expertise. Additionally, they worked at Power Advocate as the Director of Products and Client Services from 2007 to 2012, where they led strategic sourcing engagements and developed multiple SaaS products to drive actionable savings for energy supply chain organizations. Prior to joining PowerAdvocate, Seth worked at Northern Power Systems as a Senior Project Manager from 2004 to 2007. Seth began their career at General Electric as a Project Manager and Field Engineer from 1999 to 2004.
