Philip Lorenzo has extensive work experience in the technology and construction industries. Philip currently holds the position of Director of Engineering - AI powered industry intelligence at DroneDeploy. Philip also created a plugin for Navisworks that streamlined the clash detection process and developed scripts for the analysis of 3D point cloud data.

Philip's work experience also includes roles as a Construction Engineering Trainee at Alameda County Public Works Agency, where they served as an Assistant Inspector/Coordinator for a road improvement project, and as a Web Developer for their own business.

Their earliest work experience was as a Steel Detailing Apprentice at Active Engineering, where they produced high-quality shop fabrication drawings and assisted with project scheduling and status reports.

Philip Lorenzo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 2011. Philip also holds additional certifications, including LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Council and Engineering-in-Training from the California Board For Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
