DronePort Rotterdam accelerates applied innovation in autonomous and uncrewed systems (AUS) by focusing on practical applications in operational environments. Our approach is rooted in multi-domain, multi-stakeholder, and multi-value creation principles.

By combining strategic thinking with decisive action, we've established a network of partners and stakeholders across air, land, sea, and space, facilitating public-private collaboration for scalable, multi-domain applications — including civil and military  — that deliver tangible impact.

As ecosystem builders, we're setting new international standards for infrastructure resilience in the Port and City of Rotterdam and beyond. We also promote technological development, influence future regulations, and drive improvements in safety, security, and sustainability, solidifying our position as a global leader in the AUS and drone industry.

Our offerings are built upon three core pillars:

1. Innovation Ecosystem: Fostering partnerships, alliances, and regulatory support for AUS adoption.

2. Center of Excellence: Driving research, training, and best practices to support resilient, scalable AUS technologies and approaches.

3. Test and Experience Center: Providing environments to evaluate AUS technologies and experience and refine them for real-world conditions.
