David Spraggs

David Spraggs has extensive work experience in the field of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and customer success. David currently holds the position of Customer Success Manager at DroneSense, Inc., a role they began in March 2023. Prior to this, David had a long career at the City of Boulder Police Department where they held various roles. From October 2016 to August 2021, they served as the Public Safety Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Manager, overseeing the department's UAS program. Additionally, David worked as a retired Law Enforcement Sergeant from April 1996 to August 2021.

David Spraggs has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Management from Colorado State University. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications including: Part 107 sUAS Remote Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration, Hazardous Devices Technician (Bomb Technician) from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Certified Forensic Photographer from the International Association for Identification. These certifications were obtained in April 2017, July 2008, and September 2003 respectively.
