Most recently, Lori served as chief people officer at Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB) where she was responsible for the company’s global talent strategy. While there, Lori worked closely with the leadership team and the Board to align the talent strategy to drive global business strategies and transformational initiatives. Previously, she led HomeAway.com’s (NASDAQ: EXPE) people agenda from early-stage growth through IPO and, ultimately, through acquisition by Expedia Group.
Lori is currently a Board member at The Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas and at Austin’s ZACH Theatre. She is also on the advisory board of Aceable, a learning platform for licensed activities and BEAM, a network to support women entrepreneurs.
Lori earned her Bachelors’ degree from Bowdoin College. She spends her personal time with her daughter and throwing tennis balls for her two border collies. She has recently stepped away from full-time operational work to focus on recovering from Parkinson’s disease.
