Michael Traylor

Michael Traylor, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement, education, and learning development. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at DroneSense, Inc., since February 2023, Traylor oversees customer onboarding and learning processes. At Northwest Florida State College, Traylor holds the position of Police Lieutenant and UAS Unit Manager, developing regional aviation response teams, and also serves as an Assistant Professor in Professional Pilot and Law Enforcement Basic Recruit Training Coordinator. Traylor has held roles including Adjunct Professor at Oklahoma State University, Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Traylor Consulting, and various positions in law enforcement, including Agent II at Brevard County Sheriff's Office and Sergeant at Crestview Police Department. Traylor's education includes ongoing doctoral studies in Aviation and Space Education at Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
