Fergus McLachlan

Fergus (Gus) McLachlan, AO, FRSN, is an experienced senior executive, strategic adviser, and speaker, currently serving as a Director at INVICTA Prospects Group, Tellus, and L3Harris Technologies, among other roles. A retired Major General from the Australian Army, they held key positions including Commander Forces Command and Head of Modernisation and Strategic Planning. Gus advises various organizations on defense, national security, and technology, and has enhanced leadership and strategy through their consultancy, McLachlan Consulting. They are also an adjunct professor and a Fellow at the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership, contributing to education in strategic studies and defense.
