Kym Osley AM

Kym Osley AM, CSC, is a seasoned business leader and ASX Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in operational and strategic roles across diverse organizations, including the Royal Australian Air Force, where they continued to serve as an Air Vice Marshal in the Active Reserve. Kym has led teams managing complexities involving up to 25,000 personnel and $700M operational budgets, and holds a distinguished record in programs such as the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. Their expertise is complemented by educational achievements from Deakin University, Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Business School, the University of Melbourne, and the University of NSW. Kym is also a noted speaker and educator on Complex Project Management.
