Macleay Stephenson has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Macleay'smost recent position is as an Embedded Software Lead at DroneShield, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Embedded Engineer and a Graduate Embedded Engineer at the same company.

Before joining DroneShield, Macleay had experience with the University of Wollongong, where they worked as a PASS Leader and Mentor from 2017 to 2020, and as a Manufacturing Innovation Assistant from 2017 to 2018.
