Shona Lynch

Shona Lynch is an experienced project manager currently serving at DroneShield since May 2025, specializing in software project management. Previously, Shona held various positions at Cochlear, including Associate System Project Manager and Senior Process Engineer & Scrum Master, between April 2022 and July 2025. At Baraja, from January to April 2022, Shona worked as a Pilot Production Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing production operations and implementing quality management procedures.
