Maxwell Williams

Maxwell Williams has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Maxwell started working as a Manager at Roth Cleaning LLC in January 2018, where they supervised worksites, coordinated with customers and company leadership, and ensured excellent service. In September 2017, they worked as a Sales Associate at Sportsman's Warehouse, where they assisted customers in identifying their needs and kept the sales floor stocked and neat. Maxwell then transitioned to Dynetics, Inc. in July 2020, where they held multiple roles. As an Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operator, they operated unmanned aircraft systems for various projects, including integrating sophisticated customer payloads and flying them according to requirements. Maxwell later became a Mission Coordinator, responsible for leading unmanned aircraft operations and conducting risk assessments, mission planning, and after-action activities. In November 2021, they took on the role of Flight Operations Officer, where they managed crew assignments, maintained the flight operations schedule, and created official documents for tracking and coordinating flight operations. Most recently, in June 2022, Maxwell joined DroneUp as a Drone Pilot Instructor.

Maxwell Williams completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Unmanned Systems Applications from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2020. Maxwell then pursued a Master of Science degree in Unmanned Systems from the same institution, which they are expected to complete in 2024. In addition to their academic achievements, Maxwell has received certifications in Agile Foundations and Emotional Intelligence Basics from LinkedIn. Maxwell also holds a Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) issued by the Federal Aviation Administration, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certificate are not provided.
