Ryan C.

Ryan C. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at DroneUp since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Endurance IT Services from 2012 to 2021, holding multiple roles including Enterprise Cloud Architect, Service Desk Manager, and Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Ryan also served as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at the City of Virginia Beach from 2011 to 2012. In 2011, they were the Technical Support Manager at PETA. Before that, they worked as a System Engineer at Knowledge Information Solutions, Inc. from 2007 to 2011. From 2003 to 2007, they held the position of Help Desk Manager/Systems Engineer at nanoDesk Technologies. Lastly, they worked as an IT Manager/Systems Engineer at the International Marketing Association from 1998 to 2003.

Ryan C. began their education at Great Bridge High School, where they attended from 1996 to 1998. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Westwood College - Denver North from 2003 to 2007. During their educational journey, Ryan C. obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2006, they became a Juniper Networks Certified Associate - Junos (JNCIA-Junos) through Juniper Networks. In 2007, they furthered their certifications by becoming a Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) through Cisco. Later, in 2014, they achieved two Microsoft certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), both of which were obtained from Microsoft.
