Alexis Pickett

Alexis Pickett has extensive experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, currently serving as a Senior Emerging Talent Recruiter at Dropbox since September 2018, having previously held roles as an Emerging Talent Recruiter and Online Technical Sourcer. Prior to Dropbox, Alexis worked at Hack Reactor as an Account Manager, facilitating connections between tech companies and graduates, and at Google as a Technical Sourcer and Recruiting Coordinator, where notable achievements included improving the candidate experience and streamlining the hiring process for candidates with disabilities. Additional experience includes recruitment roles with Jesuit Volunteer Corps and health and wellness coordination at various organizations. Alexis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Le Moyne College.
