Binoy Dash is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software engineering and data processing. Currently leading the Content Processing team at Dropbox since October 2019, Binoy manages over 1 exabyte of data daily to support various content processing applications. Prior to Dropbox, Binoy served as a Senior Software Engineer at Proofpoint, where development of Supervised Learning based Spam Engine software was a key focus. Earlier roles include Principal Engineer at Gainspeed, Inc., with responsibilities in SDN-based controller and packet engine software development, and Senior Software Engineer at Cisco Systems, contributing to the design of next-generation router infrastructure and applications. Binoy began the professional career with engineering internships at Qualcomm in the WCDMA Physical layer software group. Binoy holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, earned between 2004 and 2006.
