Brandon Bierlein

Brandon Bierlein is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both civilian and military law. Currently serving as Counsel for Safety at Dropbox since January 2022, Brandon provides strategic legal counsel on user data disclosure and content moderation. Concurrently, Brandon has been a Reserve Circuit Trial Counsel in the United States Air Force since December 2013, supervising serious felony prosecutions, particularly in the Special Victim's Prosecution Unit. Previous roles include Circuit Trial Counsel, Area Defense Counsel, Chief of Military Justice at Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, and Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Park University. Educationally, Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Economics and African Studies from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School.
