Executive Business Partner to Chief People Officer at Dropbox

Christina Pak has worked in a variety of administrative roles over the years. Christina began their career as a hostess at Mimi's Cafe in 2005. Christina then moved on to become an office operations coordinator at RoboteX Inc. in 2012. In this role, they provided daily support to the team, answered calls, reserved conference rooms, and distributed mail. Christina also assisted the sales team with inputting leads into Salesforce and keeping inventory of incoming robots. In 2013, Christina began working as an administrative assistant to the global head of real estate and workplace at Twitter. In this role, they were responsible for a variety of tasks, including scheduling, ordering catered meals, and coordinating company events. Christina is currently working as an executive business partner to the chief people officer at Dropbox.

Christina Pak attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where they studied anthropology and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Christina also attended Westmont High School.

Christina Pak reports to Melanie Collins, Chief People Officer. They are on a team with Alexandra Ingraham - Global Head of HR Business Partners, Rich Cayetano - VP, Total Rewards, and Danny Guillory - VP, Chief Diversity Officer.
