Dani Debold

Dani DeBold currently serves as the Head of Global Employee Relations & Internal Investigations at Dropbox, a position held since April 2023, where responsibilities include building and leading the Employee Relations Business Partner function and aligning internal practices with industry standards. Prior to Dropbox, Dani was a People Relations Team Consultant at Waymo for a short duration in early 2023 and spent nearly four years as the Global Employee Relations Leader at Twitter, overseeing international employee relations and managing a global team of employment law investigators. Dani's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Global Employee Relations Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and associate roles at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Dani holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) with honors from New York University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government with a minor in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, and has participated in the Semester at Sea Study Abroad Program at the University of Virginia.
