Danielle Biggar is an experienced professional with a strong background in support management and service delivery. Currently serving as the Director of T2 Support at Dropbox since August 2018, Danielle advocates for support vendors and ensures that service-level agreements and key performance indicators are met while maintaining a focus on positive customer interactions. Prior to Dropbox, Danielle held various roles at Trusource Labs from September 2015 to July 2018, including Service Delivery Manager, where over 70 agents were managed, and Team Supervisor, developing training for new contact center staff. Danielle also worked as a Community Manager for Homeowners Association Management and as a Strategic Account Manager at Profiles International. Previous experience includes Production Manager roles at Service King Collision Repair Centers and Express Autobody, where customer satisfaction and quality repair processes were prioritized. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2011.
