Eri Igawa is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and program management. Currently serving as Principal Solution Architect at Dropbox since July 2021, Eri has received multiple Dropbox Spotlight Awards and leads the Dropbox for Good initiative in Tokyo, earning recognition for volunteerism through the Big Heart Award in 2024. Prior to Dropbox, Eri spent over a decade at Microsoft in various roles including Senior Program Manager, Senior Service Engineer, Senior Technology Specialist, and Account Technology Strategist, where Eri facilitated the adoption of Microsoft 365 and managed critical deployment projects across the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier career experience includes managing mission-critical projects at Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. and serving as a Consultant at NCR Japan. Eri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Redlands.
