Eric L. Jarrett

Eric L. Jarrett is a seasoned legal professional with a specialization in commercial law and intellectual property. Currently serving as Senior Managing Commercial Counsel at Dropbox since September 2017, Eric has a background that includes positions as a Technology Transaction Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and experience as a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, where various projects focused on health services and veterans affairs were managed. In addition to legal practice, Eric founded the HBJ Foundation, enhancing holiday support for low-income families. Eric holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School and a BBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
