Fiona Rolander is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design teams and driving user engagement across various platforms. Currently serving as Staff Product Designer and previously as Senior Product Design Manager at Dropbox since January 2019, Fiona has played a pivotal role in the development of Dropbox Dash and has led the design efforts for user onboarding and activation initiatives. Fiona's prior experience includes positions at Bontouch and Spotify, where responsibilities ranged from product design to user onboarding, and has contributed to leading design projects at Flipboard and Better Inc. Fiona's career began with a focus on UX design at Schibsted Media Group and a master's thesis at Spotify, exploring developer API design. Fiona holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Chalmers University of Technology.
