Frances Klein

Frances Klein is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product teams and driving user engagement. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Product at Dropbox since March 2018, Frances has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Interim Head of Product for Dropbox Core. Prior to Dropbox, Frances worked at ShopStyle, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager, where responsibilities included feature planning for user retention and conducting A/B tests to significantly increase user registration. Frances's career also includes roles at POPSUGAR, AOL, and Societe Generale, demonstrating a strong background in analytics, strategy, and operations. Frances holds a BA in History from Yale University, completed in 2009.
