Garrett Croft

Garrett Croft is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer success, event planning, education, and recruitment. Starting as an Event Planning Intern at Epting Events, Garrett developed skills in client relationship management and aesthetic design support. Following this, a role as an English Teacher at The Language Co. enabled the creation of tailored lesson plans for various learners. Garrett's tenure at Dropbox began as an Enterprise Account Executive, focusing on business development and deal management, progressing to a Strategic Customer Success Manager and currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Additional experience includes a position as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Real Staffing and participation in the CIEE International Education Exchange program.
