Gary Cheng

Gary Cheng is an experienced professional specializing in organizational development with a proven track record in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Organizational Effectiveness Lead at Dropbox since September 2021, Gary leads initiatives related to change management and culture transformation. Prior roles include Senior Content Developer and Trainer at the University of California Office of the President, where collaboration with department leaders focused on aligning learning and development strategies for over 1,800 employees. As the Owner and Principal Consultant at Gary Cheng Consulting, expertise in strategy, culture, and talent development was leveraged to enhance organizational effectiveness.
