Kaley H. currently serves as the Global Head of Customer Analytics at Dropbox, a position held since July 2018, following roles as CX Analytics Engineer Manager and CX Data Analyst within the same company. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Data Scientist at Clockwork Solutions from July 2017 to June 2018 and Impact Analyst at the Annie E.
