Maddy Pelton

Maddy Pelton serves as the Chief of Staff and Corporate Communications Lead at Dropbox since November 2021, previously holding roles such as Senior Manager Corporate Communications and Corporate Communications Manager, focusing on DEI, ESG, policy, privacy, and financial communications. Prior to Dropbox, Maddy Pelton worked at Brunswick Group from September 2016 to November 2021 as an Associate and later as an Account Director, where responsibilities included implementing corporate communications strategies and managing account teams on reputation issues, crisis response, and financial events. Maddy Pelton's earlier experience includes a Citizenship Fellow position at the Massachusetts Immigrant & Refugee Advocacy Coalition, a Research Assistant role at The Solutions Journal, and a Marketing Communications Assistant position at The Welcome Project.
