Maria Everton is a seasoned professional in UX and market research leadership, currently serving as the Director of Research & Insights at Dropbox, where they lead a cross-disciplinary research team. Previously, Maria held several roles at Dropbox, including Senior Manager for UX Research and Mixed-Methods Researcher, managing teams of UX researchers and contributing to core product initiatives. They began their career with internships in digital marketing at FLIRT Communications and the Lincoln Square Chamber of Commerce, and honed their research skills at Vision Critical, where Maria was recognized as Young Researcher of the Year by the Research Industry Council of Australia. Maria holds a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Loyola University of Chicago, complemented by study abroad experiences in Italy.
