Mila Richman

Mila Richman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product operations and strategic management. Currently serving as Director and Head of Product Operations at Dropbox since October 2021, Mila has previously held senior management roles at WeWork and EY, focusing on product strategy, operations, and advisory services within the FinTech and capital markets sectors. Mila began their career at PwC Canada, progressing through various assurance roles in asset management and consumer products. Mila holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, completed in 2011.
