Patrick Lawlor has extensive experience in technical support and engineering within the software and cloud services sectors. Currently serving in Enterprise Support at Dropbox since July 2021, Patrick previously worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a cloud support specialist, and held roles at Dropbox as a Tier 2 support analyst. Prior experience includes platform engineering at Informatica and a brief position as a sales representative for Microsoft's Xbox. Patrick holds an Honours Degree in Computing from the National College of Ireland, completed between 2015 and 2019, along with certifications in various Adobe programs and development tools from Colaiste Ide.
