Peter Holm

Peter Holm is an experienced legal professional with a focus on product counsel and intellectual property. Currently serving as Director of Product Counsel at Dropbox since November 2017, Peter has also held roles as Senior Product Counsel and Product Counsel, providing legal advice on privacy and product changes. Prior to Dropbox, Peter was an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where expertise included consulting on laws related to privacy, copyright, trademark, and digital communication. Peter's career began with internships at notable organizations such as the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the Wikimedia Foundation, and previous roles included technical writing and reporting. Peter holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in History and Russian from Swarthmore College.
