Shanthi Arul

Shanthi Arul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account and channel management, currently serving as Senior Account & Channel Manager APAC at Dropbox since September 2021. In this role, Shanthi manages various partners and enhances customer experiences with Dropbox’s software suite, earning recognition as Dropbox's Global Champion's Cup Winner in 2024 and a finalist for the ARN Innovation Awards 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Cisco, where Shanthi served as Hybrid Cloud Channel Manager & Product Specialist, managing key telcos and strategic partners in ANZ, and achieving significant sales targets. Earlier experience at AMP involved engaging stakeholders on technical issues and mentoring new staff. Shanthi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Accounting from UNSW.
