Sheila Wakida is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in technical program management and product development across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Dropbox, Sheila has led teams focused on developer productivity, core systems, and operational excellence since March 2018. Prior roles include Director of Product Development at SoFi, where strategic initiatives for community engagement were executed, and multiple leadership positions at Autodesk, where Sheila drove cloud platform innovations and feature adoption. Sheila's career began in management and engineering roles at Franklin Templeton Group and Robertson Stephens, complemented by advanced degrees in Information Design and Strategy, as well as Sustainable Enterprise from prestigious universities.
