Ivan Figueroa

Ivan Figueroa has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ivan is currently working at DropCommerce as the Director of Engineering since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Backend Web Developer at DropCommerce from May 2020 to May 2022. Before joining DropCommerce, Ivan worked at Telmediq as a Full Stack Web Developer from April 2018 to May 2020. Ivan also worked at Kinsol Research Inc. as a Scientific Software Developer from November 2014 to April 2018. Ivan has a background in research as well, having worked as a Research Assistant at The University of British Columbia from June 2013 to September 2014, and as a Visiting Researcher at Qatar Robotic Surgery Center from July 2013 to December 2013. Ivan Figueroa holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Electronics from the same institution, graduating from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, Ivan has a certification in Scrum Master from agile42, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
