Matthew Ware

Matthew Ware has a diverse range of work experience spanning over many years. Matthew began their career as a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer in the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (REME) from January 2005 to January 2010. Following this, they worked as a Sales Representative at Korco Marketing Ltd from February 2010 to May 2010. Matthew then took on a role as a Company Driver at Recall from May 2010 to July 2011, and later served as a Customer Service Representative at the same company from July 2011 to April 2013. Matthew then joined Fieldfisher as a Facilities Manager from April 2013 to October 2014. Matthew then moved on to Arriva Bus (UK) where they worked as an Engineer from October 2014 to November 2016. After that, they joined Hydro Cleansing as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer from November 2016 to June 2017. Matthew then joined Volvo Group where they held multiple roles, starting as a Mechanical Technician from March 2017 to May 2017, then as a Bus Supervisor from May 2017 to August 2018, and finally as a Field Service Operations Manager from August 2018 to June 2023. Currently, Matthew is working as an Operations Manager at Dropless since June 2023.

Matthew Ware attended Hayes Secondary School and Sixth Form from 1998 to 2003. During this time, they did not pursue a degree or specify a field of study. Afterward, in 2005, they enrolled in the School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, where they studied Mechanical Engineering, with no specified end year.
