Mike Grindy

Mike Grindy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mike is currently the Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Dropless since July 2017. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Chairman of Passion Digital Ltd., a digital marketing agency based in London, since February 2012. In 2020, they founded Makk and holds the position of Non Executive Chairman. In January 2011, they founded Junkwize, a UK based waste management company, and served as Chairman. Mike was also the Managing Shareholder of Phone Dudes from September 2014 to November 2015. Additionally, they held the role of Director at MyCharityWins | MyCharity Services, an umbrella business for various businesses helping charities, from January 2009 to February 2012. Prior to that, they founded Esseoh in January 2009. Mike started their career as a Digital Marketing Executive at Atom 42 from 2008 to 2009. Before venturing into the business world, Mike Grindy had a role as a Bassist - Proxy at Island Records from April 2004 to 2008.

Mike Grindy attended Charterhouse School from 1996 to 2001. Following that, they pursued higher education at Nottingham University Business School from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Business.
