Previous roles include Product Integration Architect and Senior Cloud Infrastructure Evangelist at VMware, Freelance Contributor for TechTarget, and Director of RTFM Education Ltd., a business delivering training in VMware and Citrix technologies across Europe. Educational qualifications include an MA in US Foreign Policy from the University of East Anglia and a BA in English and American Literature from the University of Warwick.
