Terri Luke

Terri is focused on the customers' journey with Dropoff. She works across the company to ensure there is the right team, processes, and tools to provide excellent service. Prior to joining Dropoff, she was a senior executive at Friendbuy and GameFly, Inc. where she led the operational efforts to rapidly scale growing businesses. She started her career at Accenture. Terri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison. She shares her life with her husband, two adult kids, and a Great Dane. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and enjoying wine.
