Wael Safadi

Wael Safadi has a diverse work experience. In 2012, they began working as the Director Home Propositions at Mobily. Wael then became the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Product Manager, where they led FTTH product activity, developed product/services/solutions concepts and specifications, and owned the products P&L. Wael also developed post & pre-paid packages for the FTTH consumer market. In addition, they served as the OTT Service Manager, where they planned and oversaw OTT marketing, bundles, packages and promotions, and analysed market & competitor trends. Wael also worked as the Mobile Apps Sourcing Supervisor, where they worked on vendor & partner sourcing and developed/maintained relationships with mobile app providers. In 2022, they became a Board Member & VP of Growth at Drowzy. Prior to this, they worked at Clear Vision as the IT Operations Manager/Business Developer, where they managed day-to-day operations, analyzed workflow, established priorities, developed standards and set deadlines. Wael also worked at SpaceToon as a Contracted Project Manager, and at EduSoft as the Technical Manager. Finally, they were a Contracted Project Manager at Columbus IT and a Products Manager and System Analyst, Senior Programmer, Web Developer at TeachArabia.

Wael Safadi obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Damascus University between 2000 and 2005. Wael then earned a Master of Business Administration in International Management from Geneva Business School between 2015 and 2017. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt from Anexas Europe in 2011, a Certified Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute in 2010, an ITIL 3.0 Foundation from Office of Government Commerce in 2010, and a Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy in 2019.
