Tom Drake is a Group Development Director at DR&P Group, where they focus on unlocking growth and resilience for businesses through strategic sales leadership. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Commercial Underwriter at AXA from 2009 to 2010. Outside of their professional endeavors, Tom is also a dad of three young children, an adventurer, and a golfer.
