Alicia W.

Alicia W. has extensive work experience in the HR field. Alicia started their career at GKN Driveline Birmingham Limited in 2008, where they worked as a Human Resources and Payroll Officer. Alicia then transitioned into roles as an HR Generalist/Organization Development Leader and eventually became an HR Business Partner, where they had a full generalist remit covering various aspects of HR. Alicia worked on absence management, employee relations, industrial relations, business planning, recruitment, and managing grievance and disciplinary investigations. In 2019, they joined DRPG as an HR Business Partner and later became the Head of People, where they currently hold the position on an interim basis.

Alicia W. started their education journey in 2017 at Avado, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management. Alicia successfully completed their CIPD Level 5 HR Management program in 2018. Alicia then went on to MOL in 2018, where they continued to build their knowledge in Human Resources Management. Alicia enrolled in the CIPD Level 7 Diploma program at MOL and completed it in 2020.
