Noha Khater

Noha Khater is a physician and entrepreneur who is the CEO and cofounder of dru (since 2023) and the CEO and co-founder of Almouneer (since 2017). They are a Professor of Ophthalmology and Vitreoretinal Consultant at Cairo University, a role they have held since 2007, and they previously served as a Vitreoretinal Consultant at Al Oyoun Al Dawli Hospital from 2007 to 2018. They are Co-Founder/Volunteer at Control Ngo (since 2017), an Endeavor Entrepreneur, and a Cartier Women's Initiative Awards finalist (since 2018) with Cartier Community Activator for MENA since 2024. They hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD), a PhD, and a Master's degree in Ophthalmology from Cairo University, completed a Clinical Retina Fellowship at UTHealth (2002-2003), and hold FRCSed and MRCOphth credentials as well as affiliations with the Royal College of Ophthalmologists of London.
