Nigel Gordon is a seasoned capital markets and M&A lawyer currently serving as a Corporate Partner at Druces LLP. With extensive experience in advising entrepreneurial and high-growth companies, Nigel navigates the complexities of the listing process on LSE's Main and AIM markets while ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior to Druces, Nigel was a Partner at Fladgate LLP and held various roles at Fasken Martineau, Palmer Cowen, and Streathers. A graduate of Liverpool John Moores University with a Bachelor's degree in Law, Nigel has actively participated in the capital markets since 1995 and brings a rich understanding of multiple industries including natural resources and life sciences. Outside of work, Nigel enjoys swimming, playing bridge, and supporting Chelsea FC.
