Ryan LaCrosse

Ryan LaCrosse has worked in a variety of roles in the past 16 years. From 2004-2005, they worked as a Network Engineer for Verizon Communications. From 2005-2014, they worked for Femco Machine Co., first as a Lean Manufacturing Manager, then as an IT Manager, and lastly as a Quality Manager. From 2014-2020, they worked for Intelligrated as a Business Process Owner - Project Engineering and a Senior Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineer. Most recently, they have been working as a Continuous Improvement Manager for Drucker Diagnostics since 2020, where they are responsible for safely implementing lean practices, improving efficiency, reducing costs, building quality into products, and assisting management of plant production and facilities.

Ryan LaCrosse attended Southern Door Middle School from 1985 to 1992. Ryan then attended Perrysburg High School from 1995 to 1999. Finally, they completed a BS in Mechanical Engineering at The Ohio State University from 1999 to 2004.
