Silvana Ilie

Silvana Ilie has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Silvana currently works at DRUID AI as a Partner Success Director since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Garanti BBVA from 2013 to 2022, first as a Bancassurance Coordinator and then as a Bancassurance Manager. Before that, they worked at Nextebank SA as the Head of Asset Product for Retail and Business and Professionals from 2010 to 2013. Silvana also has experience as a Financial Center Manager at Bank Millennium from 2007 to 2010 and as a Branch Manager, Relationship Manager for SME, and Front Office Officer at Raiffeisen Bank Romania from 2003 to 2007.

Silvana Ilie completed a Master Course in Banking at the Academia de Studii Economice din București from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they studied Banks and Insurances, as well as Finance and Insurance at the same institution from 1997 to 2001. Silvana also attended Alexandru Ghica High School in Alexandria, where they studied Mathematics and Physics.
