Boyce Jacob

Boyce Jacob holds extensive experience in the metals and mining sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Process Improvement at Drummond Company, Inc. since October 2021, and as Chief Investment Officer at Paradigm Quantitative Technologies, LLC since June 2017. Previously, Jacob was the Managing Member at Alchemy Partners, LLC, where advisory and consulting services were provided to the sector, and held senior executive roles at Implementation Engineers and Audere Partners. Boyce's tenure at Hitachi Consulting, Inc. as Vice President of the Global Metals and Mining Sector allowed Jacob to develop a unique methodology for operational value identification and management. With earlier positions at Celerant Consulting and Paradigm Business Solutions, Jacob's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University.
