Lance Gardner

Lance Gardner is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Business Process and Inventory Control at Drummond Company, Inc. since January 2016, where responsibilities include meeting corporate goals and developing KPIs for inventory optimization. Prior to this role, Lance managed warehousing operations and inventory control at Cliffs Natural Resources, specifically focused on underground mining for metallurgical grade coal. Earlier experience includes serving as Materials Manager at Grede II, overseeing supply chain management in a lost foam foundry; managing procurement and inventory at Rohn, Inc.; and acting as a Purchasing Agent at Trail King Industries. Lance holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from the same institution.
